Terms & refunds
What you are buying
The MD Reader application is free. A subscription adds cloud storage, sync across devices, and AI features, for a fixed term — one month or one year, depending on the plan you choose.
No automatic renewal
A subscription bought on this website is a single payment for a fixed term. It does not renew by itself, no payment instrument is stored for future use, and nothing is charged when the term ends — the paid features simply stop and the free application carries on working. To continue, buy another term.
Subscriptions bought inside the Android or iOS application follow that store's rules instead, and those may auto-renew. Manage them in Google Play or in your Apple subscription settings; we cannot cancel them for you, and both stores require us to say so.
Refunds
- Write to the address below within 7 days of a payment made on this website and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.
- If a payment succeeded but the subscription did not appear on your account, that is our fault and we will refund or fix it whenever you tell us, without a time limit.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.
- Purchases made in an app store must be refunded by that store. Google and Apple do not let us refund them.
Your content
Your documents are yours. We claim no rights over anything you write, open or store. If you use cloud storage, you are granting us only what is needed to store and return your files to you.
Acceptable use
One subscription is for one person. The application enforces a single active session per subscription, so signing in on a second device ends the first session. Do not use the AI features to break the law or the model providers' own policies.
Availability
The application runs on your own device and will keep working whether or not our servers do. Cloud storage, sync and the AI relay depend on services we do not control, and are provided without a guaranteed uptime. If a paid service is unavailable for a sustained period, write to us and we will refund the affected part of your term.
Changes
If these terms change, the change applies to purchases made after it. A term you have already paid for keeps the terms it was bought under.
